Terms of Service

Accounts may be created only by a parent or legal guardian, at least 18 years of age, of the students enrolled. Please keep your login credentials private; you are responsible for the activity on your account and your children's student profiles. We ask that the information you give us be accurate and kept current.

We offer a free starter plan, monthly and annual subscriptions, and one-time add-ons. Payments are processed by Stripe, and paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing us: your access continues through the period you have already paid for, and no further charges follow. One-time purchases do not renew. Should a price ever change, we will write to you before your next renewal. For billing questions or refund requests, email support@foundationsfaithacademy.com and we will make it right.

Money-back guarantee. If a paid plan is not working for your family, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Renewals after the first 30 days are not refundable, but you may cancel at any time so that you are never charged again.

Foundations Faith Academy is a curriculum and a set of record-keeping tools placed in your hands — it supports your instruction as a homeschooling parent; it does not replace it. You remain responsible before your state or country's laws for your homeschool's filings, assessments, required subjects, hours, and records. Our attendance logs, progress reports, and transcripts are built to serve those needs, but confirming they satisfy your local requirements is your responsibility. We are not an accredited school and do not issue accredited diplomas. And in matters of faith, the Bible course is a companion to your family's discipleship — never a substitute for your church and your own instruction.

The AI tutor's responses are generated automatically, and like any such tool it can err — it may be mistaken, incomplete, or confidently wrong. Receive it as a patient study helper under your oversight, not an authority: every conversation is visible in your dashboard for your review. It is not a source of medical, legal, theological, or other professional counsel; for questions of doctrine, it is instructed to point your children back to you. Daily message limits apply per student, and AI usage is subject to your plan's monthly allowance.

One account serves one household. Please do not share your account beyond your household, resell or redistribute the curriculum, scrape the site, probe or burden our systems, misuse the AI tutor for purposes other than learning, or use the platform unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

The curriculum, lessons, quizzes, and other materials belong to Foundations Faith Academy or our licensors. Your subscription grants your household a personal, non-transferable license to use them in your own homeschool, including printing materials for your own students. It does not permit republishing, distribution beyond your household, or commercial use.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we will tell you why. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give you notice and time to export your family's records.

The service is provided "as is." We labor to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of error or interruption. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not permit us to limit.

If these terms change in any meaningful way, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance.
